1. Who we are
dhunix (“dhunix”, “we”, “us”) is operated by BIT BY BIT LABS PRIVATE LIMITED, a private limited company registered under number U62010MP2025PTC074695, with its registered address at 305, Greater Brajeshwari, Bicholi Mardana, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452016, India. You can contact us at support@dhunix.com.
These terms apply to your use of dhunix.com and the dhunix app (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
- Give us accurate information, keep your password safe, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- One person per account. Accounts may not be shared or resold.
3. The Service
dhunix lets you create music visualizer and lyric videos from your audio, images and text using our templates and editor. Videos are rendered in your web browser. We may add, change or remove features and templates over time. If we remove a paid feature that is a material part of your plan, we will tell you in advance.
4. Plans, payment and renewal
- We offer a free plan and paid subscription plans. The current plans, prices and limits are on our pricing page.
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you buy a plan you also agree to Paddle’s buyer terms, shown at checkout.
- Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Prices may change. We will tell you before a price change applies to your subscription, and it will take effect from your next billing period.
- Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
5. Usage limits and fair use
Each plan has limits, such as exports per month, resolution, track length and lyric auto-sync minutes. Unused allowances do not roll over. “Unlimited” exports on the Pro plan are subject to fair use: normal use by one creator or team, not automated or bulk generation. We may contact you or limit use that goes well beyond this.
6. Your content
- You keep all rights to the music, artwork, lyrics and other material you upload (“Your Content”) and to the videos you make with it.
- You give us a limited licence to host, process and display Your Content only as needed to run the Service for you, including sending audio to our service providers for transcription when you use lyric auto-sync.
- You confirm that you own Your Content or have all the rights and permissions needed to use it with the Service and to publish the videos you make. Do not upload music or artwork you do not have the rights to.
- We may remove content or suspend accounts in response to valid copyright or other legal complaints. To report content, email support@dhunix.com.
7. Templates and the watermark
Our templates, the editor and the dhunix name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may use templates to make videos with the Service and publish those videos anywhere, including for commercial purposes. You may not resell or redistribute the templates themselves. Videos exported on the free plan include a “Made with dhunix” watermark, which you must not remove or obscure.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or infringe anyone’s rights, including copyright;
- upload unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content involving minors, or malware;
- get around plan limits, the watermark or other technical restrictions, or access the Service by automated means except through features we provide for that purpose;
- disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or try to gain unauthorised access to the Service.
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service at any time, and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@dhunix.com. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Where reasonable we will warn you first. If we close your account without cause, we will refund any unused prepaid period.
10. Disclaimers
We work hard to keep dhunix running well, but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those in these terms, and we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copies of your files.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if greater. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, unless the law of the country you live in gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you by email or in the app at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
