Questions
What counts as an export?
Each finished video you render and download counts as one export, in any format. Previewing and editing in the app are free and unlimited.
What does the watermark look like?
Free exports carry a “Made with dhunix” watermark. Creator and Pro exports have no watermark.
What is lyric auto-sync?
dhunix listens to your track and times each lyric line to the vocals for you. You can always time lyrics by hand, on every plan. Auto-sync minutes are counted by track length and reset every month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. After that your account moves to the free plan.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly, or between plans?
Yes, from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect right away and are prorated.
Who handles payment and tax?
Our orders are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles payment, invoices, and sales tax or VAT, which may be added at checkout depending on where you live.
